To create a message with an external URL button, follow these steps:

1. Add a new bot-message element or use an existing one.

2. Add new item, by clicking the [Add message] button.

3. Choose the [Buttons] type of the message.

4. Select the necessary messengers.

5. Write the text of the message. If necessary, you can specify the values of parameters in the text.

6. Add one button to the menu.

7. Pick the button menu type. Open button properties, by clicking the [Settings] button:

   

   If you use several messengers, you need to add several message blocks to the Inline menu for Telegram and the Reply menu for Viber and Facebook Messenger.

8. Select [Open URL] in the button settings, by clicking the button.

9. Fill in the general settings:

   • Button action: Choose the [Open URL] item.
   • Text: Enter the text that will be displayed as the button title. If necessary, you can set parameter values in the button title.
   • Value (URL): It is not necessary to fill it. This parameter is not used when this button is clicked on.

10. Fill in the value with the URL of the external source.

    

11. Additionally, you can set up a button display style for Viber messenger.
