To create a Viber channel, follow these steps:

1. Follow the link partners.viber.com. Enter your account or create one if there is none. You must first have the Viber app installed on your smartphone.

   

2. Create a bot account by clicking on the [Create Bot Account] button.

   

3. Next, fill in the following parameters in the opened form:

   • Account Image: Upload a picture that will be displayed on your public account profile and as a badge in your posts. The recommended image size is 400 * 400 pixels.
   • Account Name: Enter the name that will be displayed in the title of the bot.
   • Uri: Come up with an identifier by which users can find the bot. It is used to create a link to the channel.
   • Category: Choose a category from the list of main ones to which your future bot belongs.
   • Subcategory: Select a subcategory from the list in which this bot will function.
   • Language: Pick the language that will be used for communication in the channel.
   • Account Description: Add a brief description of your bot and its functions. Users will see this description when they open a chat with your bot.
   • Website Address: Enter the address of your site (this is optional).
   • Email Address: Enter the email address for communication.
   • Location: Choose the company location.

   

4. Check the boxes according to the Viber instruction to accept the agreements and click on the [Create] button.

You can always return to the created bot's card and copy its token.
