To create a simple message, follow these steps:

1. Add a new bot-message element.

2. Add a new message item.

3. Choose the [Message] type of message.

4. Select the necessary messengers.

5. Write the text of the message to the input field.

   If necessary, you can add emoticons or pass data from a business process parameter or one of the parameters of elements to the message text. To do this, follow the next steps:

   1. Add {N} in the message text, where N is the serial number from 0 to 4.
   2. Map the necessary parameter to Macro {N} message element parameter.

6. Additionally, you can activate the [Not to expect the response] setting or set up answer validation.
