Add a new bot-message element or use an existing one.
Add new item, by clicking the [Add message] button.
Choose the [Buttons] type of the message.
Select the necessary messengers.
Write the text of the message. If necessary, you can specify the values of the parameters in the text.
Pick the button menu type. This feature can be used with both button menu types in all messengers. More details about this feature are described here.
Add one button to the menu.
Activate the [Dynamic buttons group] feature.
Unroll the ‘Data source’ block on the open page.
Fill in the main parameters:

Object: Select the data source to generate the button menu. For example, ‘City’.<aside> 💡 Note: If you can not find the necessary object, click on the [Actualize the Creatio structure] button and repeat the search.

Name: Enter the object name that serves as the foundation for the button menu generation. -
Type: Select the ‘By default’ item. -
Without communication: Activate this option.
Additionally, you can define the filter rules or the rules for sorting of the object data. The Filters creation builder and the Sorting creation builder provides further information about it.
Unroll the ‘Mapping’ block on the open page.
Fill in the following parameters:
Button value column: Specify the object column which value will return as the answer when the user clicked it.Button name column: Specify the object column which value will be a button title.
If you want to configure the button title using data from several object columns, then:
- Activate the ‘Expanded button name’ option.
- Add the necessary object columns which values are used to generate the button title.
- Enter the title template in the field. Utilize
{N}to designate the chosen columns in the template.
