After completing all the steps in the Approval Route Setup instructions, the user can navigate to the section and the specific record they wish to start with the approval route.
If all settings are configured correctly, the user will see the Approvals button on the record page.
<aside> đźš« Important: If the user navigates to a section for which no approval route has been set up, the Approvals button will not be visible.

To start the approval process, the user must follow these steps:
Click the Approvals button.
In the opened modal window, click the Start Approval button.
If there is more than one approval route available for this record, the user will choose which one to start from the list.
If there are no routes available, the user will see an error message: “There are no routes that match the chosen record.”
<aside> 💡 Note: There is a system operation “BnzApprovalRouteCanStartApprovalProcess” that controls the permissions for clicking the [Start Approval] button and initiating the approval route.

Routes: A list of all the routes that were started for this record. Users can see more detailed information by clicking on the three dots and selecting Open on the chosen record.
Stages: A list of stages for the current route, or the last started one. They are presented in order, sorted by Position from the first to the last, which the user cannot change. If the user needs to change the position of the stages, it can only be done if more than two stages still have the status “In queue.”
