The extension is used by the portal and internal users to work with [Cases].
When creating a new case, the user must specify "Service". After selecting the [Case] card, the “Additional parameters” tab is displayed, filled with Characteristics in accordance with the selected Service. The necessity of Characteristics and default values defined in the Service are taken into account.
The module uses the following directories, the values of which are preconfigured and do not require adding new records:
These lookups are used when creating Characteristics, to specify the date format, precision of fractional numbers, reference to the lookup, as well as the length of the string when selecting the appropriate types of Characteristics.
