Templates allow you to save all notification settings once and reuse them whenever needed, so you don’t have to configure everything from scratch every time. However, sending notifications still requires you to launch the mailing manually.
How It Works
- Create a notification template once with all the audience, message, and channel settings.
- When you want to send the notification, just select the template and start sending — no need to reconfigure.
Step 1: Create a Template
Go to the Bulk notification template section.
Create a new record with these fields:
- Name - a text field containing the notification name.
- Object - a lookup field referring to the message section.

Step 2: Configure Notification Channel
Same as One-Time Mailing, Step 4 — see Manage Notification Channel.

- Section - if you want to link a record of another section to the notification - specify the section object.
- Record - specify the section column.
