1. To start the approval route click the [Start approving] button on the record edit page.

  2. If several active routes are selected according to the activation conditions, then a modal window with a list of available routes will be displayed to the user.

  3. As a result of the route selection or, if one route has been selected, the visa generation process will start.

  4. As a result of the successful completion of the process, the [Cancel approval] action (1) will appear in the interface.

The list of generated visas will be displayed on the Visa detail according to the configured route (2).

A set of actions for working with a visa will also be displayed there (3).

Also, as part of this process, access rights to the record and visas will be given.

Stop approval route

The user has the ability to stop approval route.

To cancel the passed route, put on the [Cancel approving] button:

<aside> 📢 Important: user can cancel the passed route if he has access to the system operation [Allow cancellation of completed route] and there are visas not in final status, or all visas are in final status.

When you click [Cancel approval], a modal window is additionally displayed with a comment request:

<aside> 💡 For example, in such a case, the [Canceled approving] and [Start approving] buttons may be displayed at the same time. Before starting a new cycle, user can cancel the completed current cycle. After starting a new cycle, the user will only be able to cancel it.

The [Start approving] button becomes available, if the status of the visa is empty or all visas are in the final status:

As a result, all unprocessed visas in the non-final state are marked as [Canceled]. The state of the entity is changed to the corresponding value preconfigured in the [Canceled] field of the status mapping matrix
