To configure the connection, go to the [Projects] section and press the [Open connection settings] item from the actions list.

Fill the fields:

• Server URL : specify the location of Jira resource in the network (for example, https://atlassian.com/).

• Login : specify the username that accesses the resource – in this case, this is Jira login for integration.

• Jira token : Enter the specified Jira’s token.

Jira lookups integration

To import data from Jira, fill the systems lookups:

• Jira user : there are Jira users and their connection with the system in the lookup. The new user will be created automatically if no existing contact in the system was imported by filling in the fields [Contact.Name] and [Contact.Email]. Duplicates are searched by the field [Contact.Email].
