To set up notifications, follow these steps to configure the necessary settings and ensure accurate delivery to the intended recipients.

Start by creating a record in the [Notification Master] section:

  1. Navigate to the [Notification Master] section.

    <aside> 📢 Important: Access to this section is controlled by the system [Access to [Notification master]] (CanManageNotificationMaster). By default, access is available only for the [System administrators] role.

    <aside> 💡 Note: By default message processing through the queue is enabled. To disable it, set the [Enable Delayed Queue Notification Master] (EnabledLazyQueueNM) system setting to [No].

  2. Click the [+New] button in the [Notification Master] section, or open an existing settings record to set up a new notification.

  3. The [Notification master] page consists of several functional areas:

    1. General Information: Select the system section to which the notification will apply.

    2. Conditions: Define the criteria that must be met for the notification to be sent.

    3. Time: Schedule the notification delivery time.

    6. Logs: Review the delivery status of sent notifications.

    7. Reminders: View the history of sent reminders.
