The extension is designed to create cases on a given schedule with pre-filled information automatically. Various options are available to generate the schedule, depending on the required tasks.

For example, it can be used to create requests for maintenance of server rooms or telecommunications equipment, check for updates from vendors, check employee billing, and payroll, or generate orders for the purchase of stationery.

To configure [Case] creation by schedule, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the [System designer];

  2. Open the [Lookup] section;

  3. Filter the entries in the section by the [Case schedule] static lookups group;

  4. Find and open the [Case schedule] directory:

  5. Create records of the required schedules:

  6. Fill in the name of a new case schedule. The following fields are:

  7. Go to the [Scheduling] tab and select the necessary schedule type in the corresponding field and fill in the related schedule parameters;

  8. After all scheduling fields are filled, press the [Generate] button. This button generates a CRON expression to create records at the correct time and sets it to the [Schedule] field;

  9. Go to the [Formation of applications] tab and add necessary case default parameters;

  10. Save all entered data.
