You can find information about an operator by opening the appropriate page in the team or ‘Dialogue operator’ lookup.
Name: The name of the operator (the user who processes the dialogs). This name you can use for introducing the operator in communications with the clients.
User: The user of Creatio, who performs operator functions.
Maximum load: The value of the maximum number of active dialogues that this operator can process at the same time.
Operator status: The current status of the operator’s activity at the moment.
<aside> 💡 Note: The operator can independently change their status on the communication panel, while the value in the directory is updated automatically.

Archive: It allows to transfer of the operator to the archived state. It is used for the deactivation of inactive operators.
The ‘Current load
’ parameter shows the number of dialogues the operator is currently processing. It is calculated automatically as the sum of channel weight values for each open operator's dialogues.
The ‘% current load
’ parameter shows the percentage of the operator's load at the moment. It is calculated automatically as the current load divided by the maximum load.
The ‘Current load

You can also change the activity status or archive the operator if needed.
The history of the changed status for an individual operator.
The log includes details about when the operator was available or unavailable, on a break, or actively engaged in the dialogues.
You can use the centralized record of an operator's activity to track and monitor their performance and to identify any trends or patterns in their behavior.
