An operator is a user responsible for processing the dialogue. Before they can process the dialogues, they must be registered and assigned to teams.

To manage the operators and the teams, use the [Teams] section. Add this section to the appropriate workplace. For example, consider the [Studio] workplace. This step is optional.

There are the following possibilities in this section:

• create a new team. To do it, click the [Add] button.
• change the settings of an existing team. To do it, select the necessary entry from the registry using filtering.

To create a new team, fill in the following information:

1. Fill in the general information.
2. Add the necessary operators.
3. Add the team leads. This step is optional.
4. Add the response templates. This step is optional.

General information

• Name: Fill in the name of the team.

• Organizational role: You can optionally choose an organizational role that relates to this team.

  <aside> 💡 Note: When a user is added to an organizational role that belongs to a team, the operator is also added to this team. If the operator for this user does not already exist, it is pre-created.

  When a user is removed from an organizational role that belongs to a team, the user-related operator is removed from this team as well.

  The operator does not change their team if they get a new role from another team.

Include the operators who are part of this team.

To add an operator to a team, simply select the operator from the list of dialogue operators and add them to the team.
