An operator is a user responsible for processing the dialogue. Before they can process the dialogues, they must be registered and assigned to teams.
To manage the operators and the teams, use the [Teams] section. Add this section to the appropriate workplace. For example, consider the [Studio] workplace. This step is optional.
There are the following possibilities in this section:

To create a new team, fill in the following information:
Name: Fill in the name of the team.
Organizational role: You can optionally choose an organizational role that relates to this team.
<aside> 💡 Note: When a user is added to an organizational role that belongs to a team, the operator is also added to this team. If the operator for this user does not already exist, it is pre-created.
When a user is removed from an organizational role that belongs to a team, the user-related operator is removed from this team as well.
The operator does not change their team if they get a new role from another team.

Include the operators who are part of this team.
To add an operator to a team, simply select the operator from the list of dialogue operators and add them to the team.
