In order to set up notifications, you need to follow the following steps:

1. Go to the [System designer] page, to the [System setup] group and open the [Notification Master] section.

   

   <aside> 📢 Important: Access to this section is controlled by the system [Access to [Notification master]] (CanManageNotificationMaster). By default, access is available only for the [System administrators] role.

   </aside>

   <aside> 💡 Note: By default message processing through the queue is enabled. To disable it, set the [Enable Delayed Queue Notification Master] (EnabledLazyQueueNM) system setting to [No].

2. Click the [New] button, or open the existing settings record to set up a new notification.

1. General Information: Begin by selecting the system section to which the configured notification will apply.
2. Define Conditions: Specify the criteria that must be met by the record for the notification to be sent.
3. Schedule Notification: Set the time for sending the notification to recipients.
4. Choose Notification Channel: Select the preferred channel for sending the notification.
5. Specify Recipient Audience: Determine the audience who will receive the notification.
6. Monitor Notification Results: Check the outcome of sent notifications for successful delivery or any errors encountered.
7. Contains history of reminders that has been sent.
