The business purpose of email notifications in Creatio is to deliver timely updates and essential information to users via email. These notifications can include various types of messages such as task reminders, event invitations, system alerts, status updates, or personalized messages.

Set up the Email notification

If you need to receive a notification as a new Activity created in Creatio, select [Notification channel] - [Email] on the [Channel] tab.
