If you need to receive a notification in Creatio, select [Notification channel] - [Notification] on the [Channel] tab.
The following fields will then appear on the page:
Template: This is the text of the notification that will be created in Creatio. Press the [+] button to add simple macroses to the name based on the field values of the object:
If the Notification channel is set to Notification, an additional tab labeled [Reminders] will be visible on the page.
This tab provides information about the notifications in Creatio that were created by this notification rule. Administrators can access details including the timestamp of each notification, its recipients, the notification content, and whether users have viewed it.
Notifications are presented in the Notification Panel under the [System Messages] section. A red indicator signifies unread notifications, while its absence indicates that all notifications have been read or that there are no notifications to display.
