Add a category

To add a category to the catalog:

1. Activate the parent-level category for which you want to create a sub-level category;

2. Click [Add];

3. In the opened window fill in the [New category name] and click [OK];

4. In the opened window fill in the parameter fields of the new catalog (read more).

   

Adding a new category in the [Service catalog] section runs up the auto adding of a new [Group] in the [Services] section. The new [Group] has the same name as the new category and is arranged in the same hierarchy position. Select one of the [Group] to display services that are attached to the linked category.

<aside> 📢 Important: Deleting the category in the [Service catalog] section does not run up auto-deletion of the [Group] in the [Service] section.

The [Group] linked with the deleted category in the [Service catalog] section does not contain any services. The [Group] is empty.

Manual adding of a new [Group] in the [Service] section does not run up adding a new category in the [Service catalog] section.

Edit a category

To edit a category:

1. Activate the category whose parameters fields need to be edited;
2. Edit category parameter fields according to the description (read more).

Delete a category

To delete a category:

1. Activate the category to be deleted;

2. Select the [Delete] from the [Actions] menu.

   

If the catalog to be deleted contains a sub-level category, the system prompts you to select the following deletion options in the opened window:

• Delete selected category only: after choosing the system opens a window to select the parent-level category, to attach all sub-levels categories of the category to be deleted.
