The catalog structure is displayed on the left side of the [Service catalog] section page.

The new catalog contains only the root level category. If the catalog has been modified, the structure contains sublevels.

Category page

Parameters of the current category are displayed on the right side of the [Service catalog] section page.

The category general parameters fields:

• Name: name of the category.

• Parent category: the field is filled in automatically with the value of the [Name] field of the active parent category when creating a new category.

• Position in the list: setting the order in which categories are arranged in the catalog. Determine the position [1, 2, 3, …n] in the category level list.

  If the field is empty, the value of the [Position in the list] parameter is equal to 0.

  Catalog display rules:

  • Categories are displayed in the order of parameter - 0, 1, 2, n (e.g., a category whose [Position in the list] equals 0 is displayed before a category with value 1);
  • If two or more Categories of one level have the same value of the [Position in the list] parameter, they are displayed in alphabetical order.

• Image: image of the category for use in the portal's catalog.

  To add an image, do one of the following steps:

  • Click on the [Add picture] button to upload the image using the standard file selection window;
  • Click on the [Open image library] button to select an image from the image library. We recommend uploading a square image (aspect ratio: 1:1).

  Click on the [Delete picture] button to remove the photo.

  If you mouse over the photo area, the buttons will become visible.

Category tabs

The category contains the following tabs:

[Attachment of Services]

For the lowest level category, the [Attachment of services] tab contains the following details:

• [Method of attaching services to category] detail, which contains two available options:
• [Services of category] detail displays attached services to the category.

For the intermediate level category - the [Attachment of services] tab contains the message [The service attachment feature is not available for the current level category because it has sub-levels].
