To configure approval routes setting, go to the [Studio] workplace, open the [Approval routes] section.

To add a new route, click the [Add] button.

The page consists of several functional areas:

• General information: block (1) with the ability to select a system section for which the configured route will be applied.

• Filtration: advanced filter for selecting the parameters for applying the approval route (2). Allows you to use any parameters and values of the record.

• Visa approval actions: ****block (3) for specifying visa decision options that will be available when visas are approved for this particular route.

  

• Approvers: the detail that allows you to generate a list of approvers (4).

  

The completed page looks like:

General information setting

• Name: the name of the route, that is being setting.

• Approval object: the section of the system for which records this route will be applied.

• Notes: description or additional notes.

• The need for an ES when signing: it is intended to indicate the option of signing documents during approval along the route. The choice of value is carried out from the directory.

  There are 3 options to choose from:

  • Paper signature – documents are not signed with ES.
  • Only the signer has an electronic signature – only the person who agrees with the [Signatory] sign signs the ES.
  • Electronic signature of the signatory and approvers – all approvers sign the ES. A hint for user has been configured for the field.

• Active: controls route activity. All required fields and the list of approvers must be filled in.
