Set up the Activity notification

To set up an Activity notification, follow these steps:

  1. Open the [Channel] tab in a record within the [Notification Master] section.
  2. In the [Notification Channel] field, select [Activity].

View Sent Activity Notifications

If the Notification Channel is set to Activity, an additional tab labeled [Activities] will appear on the page.

This tab displays information about the activities in Creatio that were created by this notification rule. Administrators can review details such as the number of activities, start date and time, subject, and status.
