Using notifications as activities in Creatio aims to expedite task management by delivering real-time updates and reminders directly to users. This facilitates timely action, enhances collaboration, and ensures that tasks are completed promptly, thereby improving overall productivity and project outcomes.

Set up the Activity notification

If you need to receive a notification as a new Activity created in Creatio, select [Notification channel] - [Activity] on the [Channel] tab.

Review Sent Activities

If the Notification channel is set to Activity, an additional tab labeled [Activities] will be visible on the page.

This tab provides information about the activities in Creatio that were created by this notification rule. Administrators can review details such as the quantity of activities, start date and time, subject and status.
