To set up an Activity notification, follow these steps:
The following fields will then appear on the page:
Template: Enter the name of the Activity to be created. Click the [+] button to add simple macros based on the field values of the object.
Detail [Activity Mapping]: Choose the fields that should be preset when the Activity is created.
By clicking [Plus], a modal window will open with the following options:
If the Notification Channel is set to Activity, an additional tab labeled [Activities] will appear on the page.
This tab displays information about the activities in Creatio that were created by this notification rule. Administrators can review details such as the number of activities, start date and time, subject, and status.
