Internal and portal users use the service catalog to register [Case].

After installing the [Service catalog] extension, the [Service catalog portal] section is displayed on the Portal.

The portal users must have access to the [Service catalog portal] section to use the catalog.

The section has two types of displaying the catalog structure - [List] and [Tiles].

List view

[List] view mode displays the catalog structure, as a tree-like list. It is possible to use the [Favorites] group functionality in this mode. To do this: Select the category and activate the [Favorite] functional element:

In [List] view mode, the following actions are available:

After selecting the category, the system displays the catalog in the tile view.

Tiles view

[Tiles] view mode displays the catalog categories as tiles. After selecting the category, the system displays all categories of the lower sub-level or services, attached to the category.

To select this mode, left-click on the category [Name] or [Image]:
