Synchronize WhatsApp templates

To add synchronize WhatsApp templates, you need:

  1. Add the [WhatsApp business account] section to the necessary workplace.

  2. Add a new record in this section.

  3. Fill in the following parameters:

  4. Set up the [Activate] flag in this record.

  5. Save all settings.

  6. Set up M3 webhook into WhatsApp application.

  7. Press the [Synchronize templates] button from this page.

Check the synchronization result

  1. Open the necessary WhatsApp business account.

  2. Go to the [Log data] detail.

  3. Check the log message from last creation date in the [Log data] detail.

  4. Back to the [Teplates] tab.

  5. Check records updating in the [Message templates] detail.

Setting up message in bot handler

  1. Add a new message element into bot handler.
  2. Select the [Template message (WhatsApp)] type.
  3. Choose the [WhatsApp] channel.
  4. Specify default language.
  5. You can also specify language using dynamic values of a macro. For example, the client’s language.
