General info
On the dialogue page, the main record information is located in the record profile on the left-hand field block:
- Name: The dialogue name, which is generated automatically in the system.
- Channel: Link to the bot record, from which this dialogue was received.
- Created on: Date and time when the dialogue was created.
- Due date: Date and time when the dialogue was closed.
- Chat user name: Messenger client’s username.
- Contact: Lick to the client’s contact record.
- Account: Lick to account record.
- Status: Current dialogue status.
- Dialogue initiator: the party that started this dialogue between a bot and a person. It can be:
