You can view the history of dialogues between the clients and the bots in the [Dialogues] section.

Open the dialogue page to read detailed information about it.
General information

On the dialogue page, the main record information is located in the record profile on the left-hand field block:
- Name: the dialogue name, which is generated automatically in the system.
- Status: current dialogue status.
- Created on: date and time when the dialogue was created.
- Due date: date and time when the dialogue was closed.
- AI Assistant: specified AI assistant configured when [Bot provider] record creation.
- Dialogue initiator: the party that started this dialogue between a bot and a person. It can be:
- Contact: lick to the client’s contact record.
- Chat user name: messenger client’s username.
- Account: lick to account record.
- Operator: operator working with chat.
- Team: team working with chat.
- Channel: link to the bot record, from which this dialogue was received.
