To conduct a consultation, follow these steps:
Search for a client in the CTI-panel using the customized search tabs.
Select the required client from the search results.
Start a consultation by clicking on the [Start consultation] button.
A client card will open with client information and information about previous applications/cases.
Conduct a consultation using customized consultation theme blocks.
To complete the consultation, click on the [Finish] button.
Check the recorded consultation themes for the [Consultation themes] detail, and record the result if necessary.
Click [Finish].
As a result, a consultation was held with the client, changes were recorded in the individual's card and applications.
To conduct an anonymous consultation for the client without identification:
Open CTI-panel.
If there is no such user in the system, and he does not want to be identified, then click the [Anonymous consultation] button.
The anonymous consultation case page has opened.
You can conduct a consultation for a client using customized consultation themes that do not require identification.
Click [Finish] to complete the consultation.
Check the recorded consultation themes for the [Consultation themes] detail, and record the result if necessary.
