1. Add a new message element to the bot handler.
2. Select the [Template message (WhatsApp)] type.
3. Choose the [WhatsApp] channel.
4. Specify the default language.
5. You can also specify language using dynamic values in a macro. For example, the client’s language.

As a result, the next fields will be filled by the template data.

You can also fill in, if provided by the template:

• macros in the message text;
• values of buttons;
• a file in the header into the ‘File’ and ‘File name’ element parameters;
• a part of the URL value into a button.
