To get started, you'll need to fill in the catalogs of the [Task manager] static lookups group with data, as well as build task routes on the service page.
Check the content of the [Task manager] static lookups group by performing the following steps:

Create records in catalogs with task types, responsible determination by account, and task result by task type:
Task type configuration
The task type catalog is created to define a set of predefined task types and is used in service task routes. The task type record contains the following fields:
- Name: heading of the task in the catalog;
- Title: task title to be created. Displayed in the name of the activity when it is created (text field);
- Execution time, min.: task duration in minutes (numeric field);
- Time to complete, h: task duration in hours (numeric field);
- Planned labor, min.: planned labor costs for the task in minutes (numeric field);
- Planned labor, hours: planned labor costs for the task in hours (numeric field);
- Start date: the start date for the task type availability period, before the specified date it is impossible to add the task to the route on the service edit card (date);
- End date: the end date of the task type availability period, it is impossible to add the task to the route later than the specified date on the service edit card (date);
- Description: description of the task. It is displayed in the description of the activity when it is created (text field).
