By default, the waiting time for closing an inactive client-operator dialogue is 15 minutes. The dialogue is automatically closed after this time, starting from the moment of receiving the last message.

To change the waiting time for closing the inactive client-operator dialogue:
Go to the [System settings] section.
Select the [Operator's dialogue closure check interval, minutes] system setting.
Change the value.
Save the changes.
Re-logging into the system.
After setting up, the next time the operator logs into the system, the operator dialogue is automatically closed after a specified number of minutes from the moment of receiving the last message.

At the same time, the dialogue will stop displaying in the dialogue work window view.
If there is no need to automatically close the inactivity dialogue, follow these steps:
Go to the [Process library] section.
Deactivate the [Schedule close operator dialogues process] process.
By default, the waiting time for the operator's reminder about missed dialogue is 10 minutes. With the passing of this time, the operator starts receiving the information messages in the left panel.
To change the waiting time for the operator's reminder about missed dialogue:
Go to the [System settings] section.
Select the [Waiting time for operator's reminder about missed dialogue, minutes] system setting.
Change the value.
