Closing inactive client-operator dialogues

By default, the waiting time for closing an inactive client-operator dialogue is 15 minutes. The dialogue is automatically closed after this time, starting from the moment of receiving the last message.

To change the waiting time for closing the inactive client-operator dialogue:

  1. Open the [Bot] section.
  2. Open the [Actions] button menu.
  3. Select the End interval of dialogue with the operator, min system setting.
  4. Change value.
  5. Save the changes.
  6. Relogging into the system.

After setting up, the next time the operator logs into the system, the operator dialogue is automatically closed after a specified number of minutes from the moment of receiving the last message.

At the same time, the dialogue will stop displaying in the dialogue work window view.

If there is no need to automatically close the inactivity dialogue, follow these steps:

  1. Click the [⚙️] button to open the [System Designer].
  2. Click [Process Library].
  3. Deactivate the ‘Schedule close operator chats process’ process.

Operator’s missed dialogue reminder

By default, the waiting time for the operator's reminder about missed dialogue is 10 minutes. With the passing of this time, the operator starts receiving the information messages in the left panel.
