To set up a chatbot schedule:

  1. Open the necessary bot record.

  2. Open the bot handler record.

  3. Activate the ‘Activate work schedule’ attribute on the [Work schedule] tab.

  4. Enter a message text in the [Inactive bot message] field. It is the message to a user when the bot is inactive. For example, Hello! The chatbot is not active at this time.

  5. Add a record to the [Work schedule] detail.

  6. Fill in the [Start time] and the [End time] fields with the time interval in which this chatbot will be available.

  7. Put the sign ‘Yes’ in the [Active] field.

  8. Save all settings.

As a result, when the bot is unavailable, you will receive a preconfigured message in the chat.
