To set up a chatbot schedule:

  1. Go to the [Bot providers] section and open the necessary bot record.

  2. Go to the [Bot process] tab and open the bot handler record on the [Bot] detail.

  3. Activate the [Activate work period] attribute on the [Working hours] tab.

  4. Enter a message text in the [Message to user if bot is not active] field. It is the message to a user when the bot is inactive.

  5. Add a record to the [Work schedule] detail by clicking the [+ New] button.

  6. Fill in the [Start time] and the [End time] fields with the time interval in which this chatbot will be available.

  7. Put the sign [Yes] in the [Active] field.

  8. Save all settings.

As a result, when the bot is unavailable, you will receive a preconfigured message in the chat.
