The [Responsible group type] catalog contains a set of responsible groups and responsible users, depending on the account:

The record contains the following elements:

• Name: a text field with the name of the responsible group;
• Description: a text field with a description of the responsible group;
• Responsible in account: a detail on which the responsible person is indicated, depending on the account.

Responsible in account

The details of the [Responsible in account] indicate the correspondence of the account to the separate user or responsible group for processing tasks on the case.

The detail consists of the following elements:

• Account: a field referring to the catalog of the accounts;
• Responsible group: a group of users, who will be responsible for the account. The field refers to the catalog [Administration object] and is filtered by the [Organizational roles] type;
• Responsible user: a user, who will be responsible for the account. The field refers to the [Administration objects] catalog and is filtered by the [Users] type;

<aside> 💡 Note: The [Responsible group] and [Responsible user] fields are taken as the first selected values of the top record. There is bidirectional filtering. When the responsible group is selected, the [Responsible user] field can only be filled by users that are included in the selected role. And vice versa, when the responsible user is selected, the [Responsible groups] field can only be filled with values from roles the selected user is included in.

• Default value: a checkbox indicating to use of the current responsible group and the responsible user for accounts when the equivalent record is not found for the account value of the case.

<aside> 💡 Note: The [Default value] checkbox can be set to true for exactly one detail record. When the first entry is created, the value ‘true’ is set by default. If [true] is selected in any other entries, the value in the first entry will be overridden as [false].
