This tab is designed to fill the case with the necessary parameters. To preset the case default values, it is necessary to add the case fields to the table and set their values:

• Column heading: a field from the case card, which must be defined for the created case.

• Column value: the value of the selected field.

<aside> 💡 Note: When configuring the schedule, the [Contact] (or [Account]) and [Subject] fields are mandatory. These fields are added automatically, all other fields are optional.
