Add survey

To create a survey:

1. Log in to the portal survey.banzait.com using your username and password.

   

   After entering the portal, you get to the main page.

   <aside> 💡 Note: if you do not have a username and password, contact [email protected] to get that.

2. Go to the [Surveys] section.

   

   All survey templates are in this section.

3. Push the [New survey] button:

   

   The page for creating a new survey will open.

Add survey name

Add the survey's display name:

<aside> 💡 Note: The name specified in the [Survey name] field will be automatically pulled into the [Basic] block:

And the description, if necessary:

<aside> 📢 Important: The specified name and description will be displayed for survey participants.

Add page

Add survey pages by clicking the [Add page] button in the [Pages] block:

Or by clicking the [Add page] button directly below the existing page:

Add question

To add a new survey item to the page, click [Add new item] and select the desired type from the list:

Or drag items from the left panel to the survey page:
