In cases when it is necessary to approve 2 or more visas at the same time according to different records of one section, the [Bulk approval] action is available in the [Approval tasks] section.

When clicked, a filter window opens with a list of sections for which there are tasks for approval (without the [Digital signature required] flag) for the current user.

Based on the filtered records of the selected section, only the actions available on the [Available visas] detail (the [Configuring section approval] section) of this section are displayed.

Available actions are:

• Approve: the button confirms the approving of selected records.
• Not approve: the button rejects the approving of selected records.
• Cancel bulk approval: approving will be canceled and the [Start approving] action becomes available.
