Add visa to route

The [+] action is available only for the initiator or approver, if he took his visa in work. Clicking the button opens a page for adding a new visa.

As a result of saving the visa will be added:

• Case 1: the type of approval in the current group of visas and in the added visa is the same and equals [Parallel] or [One of].
• Case 2: the type of approval in the current group of visas and the added visa does not match. OR The type of approval in the current group of visas and the added visa is the same and equals [Sequentially].

<aside> 💡 Note: If within the framework of parallel approval, it is necessary to create several groups of approval, then when adding a visa, set the checkbox [Starts a new group].

Edit

This action is available only for the initiator or approver:

If he took his visa in work. Clicking the button opens the visa edit page. All fields on the page are editable. The ability to edit a visa ceases once a decision has been made on that visa.

The action is available for everyone. Clicking on the button updates the visas information:

By clicking on the button, the priority of execution of the selected visa in the general list changes.
